Low Sugar Nutty Syrup

This recipe easily doubles or triples to serve more people.
1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup (the real stuff)
Combine the nut butter and water. Warm them in a double boiler, saucepan or in the microwave on the lowest setting, stirring frequently. When you have a smooth paste, remove from heat, stir in the maple syrup, and you're done.
